Hello hello and welcome to another edition of Honey’s Handy Hint, week 6.  This week we find out how we can add scripts to a box without activating them…:”huh?” I hear you say.  Well, say you want to make a tutorial and add textures and scripts such as rotation and particles to the contents tab of box.  The box would look silly if the advertising started moving accross the face of the box and particles started sprouting out of it.  Watch the video to find out how we avoid that.

This afternoon our fearless leader SLLC Dean Lady Hathaway held the opening of her new garden store, Palm Tree Gardens at the Learning Pond. Teachers and friends had a great time dancing away to the tunes as spun by DJ Christi Magic.

It’s that time of the week again SLLCer’s, time for Honey’s Handy Hint.  This week I answer the question I asked myself a lot but only recently discovered…and I’ve only been on 2.5 years O.o lol  The question you ask…How do I declutter my screen? But what does that mean?  In simple english, how do I get rid of all those pesky huds?  2 easy ways..look further and you shall see.

Welcome to week number 3 of Honey’s Handy Hint, this week we deal with the dilemma of reducing our own personal lag while still looking great   We’ve all been to events whether it be a group slingo or a class and suffered the porridge like effect of lag…yuck!  But we want to look good don’t we?  There is no need to look terrible, by playing with our inventories we can find a great solution to to looking good and reducing our own gooey lag.  Oh, and one bit of info I just realised I didn’t add to the video..you’ll see the Avatar Rendering Cost number above your head, you can also see every one else’s too.  Remember, stay out of the RED…GREEN IS GOOD! :p
